14 days, no questions asked. If a guide isn't what you needed, email within 14 days of your order and you get your money back. You don't have to explain yourself, and you don't have to argue with anyone.
Email support@therookiesroute.com from the address you used at checkout, or tell me what it was. That's the whole process — there is no form.
Refunds are approved within two working days and sent back to whichever method you paid with — Stripe to your card, PayPal to your PayPal account. The provider then usually returns the money within five to ten working days, which is their timescale rather than mine.
Nothing. The PDFs are already on your device and there is no way to take them back, nor any attempt to. This policy runs on trust, and almost everyone deserves it.
Each product is refunded separately. If you took the Race Day Bundle after the Playbook, you can refund either one or both — just say which.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. The policy above gives you that right in full, with no conditions attached, and nothing here limits it.
For buyers elsewhere, including the United States, there is no equivalent statutory right — the 14 days above is a promise made voluntarily, and it is honoured the same way for everyone.
The window closes at 14 days. If something is genuinely wrong — a corrupted file, a link that never worked, a charge you don't recognise — email anyway. Problems like that get fixed regardless of when they surface.
If you are considering disputing a charge with your bank, card issuer or PayPal, email first. A refund is faster than a dispute for both of us, and it will be given without argument.
