Orders can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After that the window has closed.
Requests are handled by email, by one person, and are normally dealt with within two working days.
Email support@therookiesroute.com from the address you used at checkout, or tell me what that address was so the order can be found. Include which guide it concerns if you bought more than one.
Refunds are returned to the method you paid with — Stripe to your card, PayPal to your PayPal account. Once sent, the provider usually takes five to ten working days to post it to you. That part is their timescale, not mine.
Each product is treated separately. If you added the Race Day Bundle after the Playbook, either can be refunded on its own — say which one you mean.
The PDFs stay on your device. There is no mechanism to withdraw a file once it has been downloaded, and no attempt is made to.
Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. The policy above provides that right in full. Nothing on this page limits or replaces it, and where the two differ, the statutory right applies.
Buyers elsewhere, including the United States, have no equivalent statutory right. The 14 days above is offered voluntarily and applied the same way for everyone.
The window closes at 14 days. Genuine faults are a separate matter — a corrupted file, a download link that never worked, a charge you do not recognise. Email about any of those whenever they surface and they will be sorted out.
If you are thinking of disputing a charge with your bank, card issuer or PayPal, email first. A refund handled directly is faster than a dispute for both sides, and a dispute raised without contacting me first can take months to resolve.
